A single square direct marketing (DM) creative was sent to decision makers who purchase diagnostic lab equipment. The person reading the collateral would have to unfold the single square repeatedly until it became a plus sign. Each fold highlighted the various benefits of GE Healthcare machines. On flipping the creative, the decision maker would see the machines they could consider that would make their lab more productive and cost-effective.
